If you don't get that joke, it is the ending of the Him Diddle Riddle episode of the Powerpuff Girls.
Meh, one of my least favorite drawings..although pancakes are harder to draw than I ever thought they would be O.o.
P.S. Mr Quackers apron says "Just Ducky". A scene from the Otto Time Diner fanfic I have in my head :3...
